Rhodes Capital Group (“RCG”) is a real estate investment firm that pursues opportunistic and value-add shopping center investments throughout the Southwest United States.  As both a sponsor and an operator, we exclusively focus on neighborhood and community retail centers displaying strong, above market yields that provide substantial upside potential and attractive cash flows on behalf of company-sponsored private partnerships.  This dual-role enhances our ability to identify and add value to properties which we believe have long-term prospects for out-performance, yet in the short-term may be underperforming and/or inefficiently priced by the market.
