Investment Criteria.
RCG invests in distressed debt collateralized by retail shopping center assets- individual discounted notes and portfolio pools will be considered. RCG will purchase first position, discounted non-performing notes collateralized by retail shopping center assets fitting the investment criteria below, with the intention of deed in lieu or foreclosure:
